Mitchel Chargo concentrates his practice in commercial real estate transactions, commercial leasing transactions, mortgage foreclosures, and mechanic’s lien litigation, and has done so for fourteen years. He received much of his experience working for some of Minnesota’s largest firms dealing with commercial real estate transactions and related litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mitchel was a Certified Contract Advisor through the National Football League Players Association and represented professional athletes. His peers recognize him as a “Rising Star” in the State of Minnesota, having been so named several times in the Super Lawyer publication of the Minnesota Law & Politics Magazine. Mitchel has been a lecturer on various mortgage lending topics, and continues to be an active member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Hennepin County Bar Association, and the Hennepin County Bar Association Real Property Committee. |
