Heather A. Spindler is an associate in the firm of Gurstel, Staloch & Chargo, P.A. and practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, commercial real estate transactions, mortgage foreclosures, and mechanics liens litigation. She is admitted to practice in Minnesota in state and federal courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Heather is a member of the Minnesota, Ramsey, Hennepin and American Bar associations, as well as a member of Minnesota Women Lawyers. Born in St. James, Minnesota, Heather received a B.A. cum laude in legal studies and psychology from Hamline University. She received her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law. After finishing law school, Heather was a judicial clerk to the Honorable Beryl A. Nord in Hennepin County District Court. Following her clerkship, Heather worked in private practice for three years primarily in the area of commercial and business litigation. Heather joined Gurstel, Staloch & Chargo, P.A. in 2006. |
