Commercial Transactions & Litigation Dept

For many years, Twin Cities businesses have looked to the Commercial Transactions and Litigation Department (“CTLD”) to provide effective legal assistance in the many facets of commercial real estate transactions and commercial litigation on behalf of the single proprietor to the multi-million dollar corporation or financial institution. CTLD’s accomplished business-minded attorneys uniquely focus their practice on client collaboration driven to assist its business clients with growing and sustaining revenues, reputation preservation and enhancement, and risk mitigation through the thoughtful implementation of strategic solutions; all while navigating the legal landmines related to operating a business. CTLD’s focus on out-of-the-box thinking is coupled with its out-of-the-box fee structures to enable its clients to comfortably obtain legal counsel through customized arrangements.
