Amy M. Goltz

In 2010, Ms. Goltz joined the firm and is currently the Director of Retail Litigation in the firm’s Minnesota and Iowa offices. Ms. Goltz is a seasoned litigator who focuses on all aspects of creditors’ remedies in the retail sector and has spent her legal career counseling clients through all stages of the litigation process. This counseling includes matters related to pre-judgment disputes through post-judgment collection remedies. Away from work, Ms. Goltz enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
