Mark R. Miller
In October 2014, Mr. Miller joined the firm’s commercial collection and creditors’ rights department in the firm’s Minneapolis office. Mr. Miller focuses his practice on commercial litigation. He has over 40 years of litigation experience in both the state and federal courts, including jury trials in complex civil cases, and has argued appeals before the Minnesota Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. In addition, he has obtained temporary restraining orders and other forms of injunctive relief for a wide variety of commercial clients, and has engaged in many mediations resulting in successful settlements for his clients. Mr. Miller has published articles in the field of civil litigation.
In his spare time, Mr. Miller enjoys classical music, opera, reading history and politics, golf, and Minnesota Twins baseball. He is Chair of the Minnesota Chapter of the Republican Jewish Coalition, and has been elected a delegate to Minnesota State Republican Conventions.
