In addition to tailoring our legal and collection approach for each specific client, our fee structures can also be tailored to each client’s specific need.
· Contingency Fee Arrangements: Our most common fee structure where the Firm only gets paid if you do. The contingency fee percentage is negotiable and dependent on volume of placements, volume of placements, type of placements and collectability of the case.
· Flat Fee Structures: A wide variety of flat fee structures are available, and commonly utilized for demand letter only filles, domestication of judgments, obtaining a default judgment pursuant to jurisdictional contract clauses, replevins, and other execution proceedings.
· Hourly Billing: The classic billing structure where the client is billed for attorney time by the hour. Hourly rates are negotiable and dependent on the jurisdiction, attorney experience and type of proceeding.
